Climate Emergency Concert and Environmental Awards Launch

Inaugural Canadian Environmental Music Awards will get announced/launched with a Climate Concert and event to highlight the importance of climate action in the cultural sector. The concert will feature a diversity of artists who will perform one of their original songs and cover a song by Joni Mitchell or Neil Young. The event will feature a stellar lineup of artists including Jenn Grant, Donna Grantis, Logan Staats, Terra Spencer, Talia Schlanger, T. Thomason, Moira and Claire, India Gailey, Braden Lam, Aleksi Campagne, Moonfruits and Tragedy Ann performing original songs and covers from the iconic Joni Mitchell and Neil Young. Renowned musician Tania Gill, co-founder of Music Declares Emergency, will lead a top-notch house band, creating an unforgettable musical experience. Tickets are $28.50, $42.50, $67.50 and all profits will go to Music Declares Emergency, the Ecology Action Centre and the David Suzuki Foundation.
